What’s included in your wedding packages?

All packages include full coverage of your event for the agreed upon time. We like to ensure some time to capture the ambiance and details of your venue. We then follow the itinerary of the day, and take all the files home to edit and bring out their brilliance. You will receive all your photos and films in an online gallery, where you can view, share, download, and print! You get printing rights, and you can do whatever you want with the photos (except use them to start your own photography business).

How would you describe your style?

We shoot continuously in a photojournalistic style for 85% of your wedding day. We aren’t flies on the wall, but we aren’t all up in your face either! Our portrait and engagement shoots are done in an editorial style. We have extensively worked in the NYC Fashion Industry, and we will make sure you’re comfortable and stunning in front of the camera (with our jokes and our shooting experience).

What does your wedding day team look like?

For all packages, you’ll get Salma, Ibrahim, Sarowar, or Mushfi, along with associates depending on the event size/scope. We have unique skillsets and perspectives, meaning you’ll get a really great and diverse set of visuals from us! For larger weddings, we bring additional experienced associates for well rounded coverage. We have a flexible team that can meet your needs, no matter how grand they are!

How many hours do I need?

Our current package prices are quoted for up to 6 and 8 hours of coverage. We’re happy to stick around for an additional 15 minutes or so, so don’t stress if things run a bit late! If longer coverage is needed, we can of course factor it in. Our minimum event coverage is 5 hours. If your event is neither 6 nor 8 hours, specify in our contact form for a custom quote.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we are insured. After booking, we’ll be happy to provide a certificate of insurance if your venue requires one.

Can we meet?

Absolutely! Establishing a great connection with our clients is paramount to capturing amazing images. We want to make sure you’re 100% confident in having us capture such a monumental time of your life. Delivery timelines?

It all depends on the season. 3-3.5 months is typical for photography packages. 6-7 months is typical for video packages. This could be longer or shorter depending on the time of year (the summer months tend to be busiest).

What does the “+” mean in 400+ photos?

Our photography packages all guarantee a minimum number of high resolution edited images. If there are more photos that are well-composed and capture the details, emotions, and moments in your wedding day, we definitely won’t skimp on adding them in!

“Cinematic Wedding Film” vs. “Full Wedding Day Film”?

Our Cinematic Wedding Film is our flagship video deliverable item. It is a shorter (4-10 minute) film that gracefully takes viewers through the essence, emotions, and events of the wedding day, and is done along to music of your choice. You’d be surprised how much detail can fit in these shorter videos; they will have you living through each emotion as vividly as the day it happened. Check our film page for some examples!
Our Full Wedding Day Film is a deeper dive into your wedding day. This film retains a majority of the cinematic elements from our Cinematic Wedding Film, but also includes full speeches, ceremonies, and traditions with live audio from the wedding day. Lightly colored and edited for a nostalgic feel (film grain optional), you’ll be able to enjoy every full speech, dance, and special moment as if you were there again.

Photos, RAW, Edits, whats the deal?

We do not provide RAW unedited photos for a couple reasons. '.RAW’ is actually a file type that contains lots of data for image processing software to take advantage of with editing! It doesn’t mean ‘raw’ like fresh and in the moment. Additionally, some outtakes shouldn’t reach the final album due to blinking, test shots, composition rearrangements, etc. We use careful discretion to make sure you receive all the best memories and details without missing a moment.

Can we still get the RAW photos?

We can provide all the RAW unedited photos and give you the copyright to them for $3000 per event day.

Do you offer albums & prints?

Yes! The online gallery you receive will have software built in to create prints, albums, calendars, post cards, and other cool goodies :) You just choose the item, set the format, and order directly from the gallery! Pricing varies based on number of pages, dimensions, cover materials, etc.

Do you watermark your photos?

No, that's super corny. You’ll remember us for sure, there's no need to remind you on every photo :)

Can we get the photos faster?

We do offer rush delivery! For photo packages, 14 day rush delivery is + $1500. For video packages, 14 day rush delivery is + $3000.

Can you keep our photos/films private?

If you would like your likeness kept private and off our social media and portfolio, pricing is as follows: photography or film packages +$700 per event day, photography+film combo packages +$1000 per event day. You’re booking us because you’ve seen our prior work; we wouldn’t ever get hired if all our work had to stay private. We have to compensate for that, we hope you understand! (note: photos without faces and personal information may still be used for marketing purposes.)

P R I C I N G

How do we book you?

To reserve your date, we simply need a signed contract, along with a retainer of 20% of total. If your wedding requires travel, we also require those expenses at time of booking to ensure travel costs are as quoted. Unfortunately, we can not hold any dates without contract, retainer, and travel expenses paid.

What is the retainer for?

Paying a retainer ensures that your date is booked in our calendar! It is applied to your total balance (not an additional fee, don’t worry), and also goes towards the work we do in between booking and your event date! This includes getting on calls, researching locations for you if needed, adapting to the ever changing landscape of wedding planning, and being a resource for you in any way we can! In the event of cancellation, it is liquidated to us for damages due to lost business opportunities.

What is your payment schedule?

Retainer + Travel is due at time of booking. The final balance is due two weeks before event date.

What are your overtime rates?

We know sometimes things can run late, and that’s okay! We offer a grace period of 10-15 minutes if your event isn’t ending right on time. Longer than that and we have overtime hourly rates, pro-rated to 30 minute increments. Currently overtime for Photography investments it is +350/hr, Film packages is +$450/hr, and Photo+Film packages is +$600/hr.

Do you do custom packages?

Our packages are base rates with the ability to add on extra hours, products, photographers etc. Most events that we capture end up with a custom package of some sort.

T R A V E L

Do you travel?

YES! We are based in the Tri-State Area but love the idea of capturing magic in a new city or destination, especially if it’s meaningful to you! We have shooting experience across the States, and parts of Mexico, Europe, Asia, and Egypt.

What are your travel rates?

Our rates for travel are based on travel from Jersey City, NJ. Depending on the destination this could include flights, taxi, subway, rental car, and accommodation. We base these off Google at the time of booking.

Do you charge travel fees within the Tri-State Area?

We map the route, and account for tolls + fuel. Your total will be predetermined at booking and will not be increased unless we incur parking fees.
